In-Office is a business consultancy dedicated to transforming and nurturing emerging architecture and design practices. 

Founder and CEO, Shannon Han draws from her 25-year career in architecture, most recently as an Associate Principal at SHoP Architects where she led and oversaw various phases of prominent large-scale projects, including the Uber Headquarters in San Francisco, B2 Modular Tower in Brooklyn, Botswana Innovation Hub in Botswana, Fashion Institute of Technology A LABS project in New York, and the Morrison Hotel and Residences and Habitat Development projects in Los Angeles. Her experience includes organizational leadership, working closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives, team development, and practice management.

Before her tenure at SHoP Architects, Shannon gained invaluable experience at award-winning small and large architecture firms and founded her own architecture practice in Los Angeles. Her diverse background and enduring passion for architecture and design are foundational for her critical approach to the future of practice. 

Leveraging her extensive knowledge and expertise in architecture, business ownership, and operational leadership, Shannon leads In-Office to cultivate and advance the next generation of architecture and design practices.
